Privacy Policy

LUDARYN is a site you read without an account. This policy describes the data handled when you visit, as the site works today. If the site changes, this page changes first.

What we do not collect

Today the site:

  • has no user accounts, sign-up, comments or newsletter;
  • sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser to identify you;
  • runs no analytics, advertising or social media tracking scripts;
  • loads its fonts and images from its own address, not from third-party networks.

What is processed when you visit

Like any website, the servers that deliver the pages receive technical data with each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and the browser and device information your browser sends. This data is processed by our hosting provider, Vercel, to deliver the site and keep it secure, and is kept in its logs for a limited time.

The language your browser asks for is used once, to send you from the home address to the English or Portuguese version. It is not stored.

When you use the search, the words you type are sent to our server and to our database provider, Supabase, to find matching stories. They appear in the page address and are not linked to you by us.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Vercel. Published content and images are stored with Supabase. Both act on our behalf and may process data on servers outside your country.

Links to other sites

Stories link to their sources and to official pages, and the share buttons are plain links to X, WhatsApp and Reddit. Nothing is sent to those services unless you follow a link; once you do, their own policies apply.

If you write to us

If you contact us, we receive your address and whatever you write, and use them only to read and answer your message.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the LGPD in Brazil and the GDPR in Europe give you the right to ask what data about you is held, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. To make a request, write to contact@ludaryn.com.

Changes to this policy

If we add analytics, advertising, affiliate links or any feature that handles personal data, this page will be updated before the change takes effect, with a new date at the top.
