Editorial Policy

This page explains how LUDARYN decides what to publish and how it tells you how sure it is. It describes the process as it works today.

Official, verified, rumor, analysis

Every statement we rely on is classified before it reaches a story:

  • Official — stated directly by an official source, such as Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or a platform holder, in a document we can point to.
  • Verified — supported directly by a source with a record of original reporting, or by at least two independent origins. Outlets repeating the same report count as one origin.
  • Rumor — not confirmed. When we report a rumor, the text says it is a rumor and says who is making the claim.
  • Analysis — our own reading of confirmed information. It is presented as interpretation, not as fact.

Sources and attribution

We prefer primary sources: the official statement, the interview itself, the original publication. When a statement comes from a person, we say who said it and where. When an outlet is repeating someone else's report, we attribute the information to where it came from.

Each story lists the records it is based on, with a link to the original and a mark for official sources. In the GTA VI hub only official and verified information is shown; rumors never appear there.

AI tools

We use software, including AI language models, to help read sources, organize what they say and draft texts in English and Portuguese. These tools work only from the statements we have recorded and classified, and they do not decide what is true.

No text is published by a machine. A person reads each story, checks it against its sources and approves it before publication. AI tools can still make mistakes that a review misses; when that happens, our Corrections Policy applies.

Updates and corrections

Stories show the date they were published and, when they change afterwards, the date they were updated. Errors are corrected as described in the Corrections Policy.

Independence

LUDARYN is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or any company it covers, and nobody outside LUDARYN reviews or approves a story before it is published.

Commercial relationships, when they exist, are disclosed and do not decide what we report. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

Images

Images of the game are official material published by Rockstar Games, used to report on the game and credited to their source. We do not present an image as showing something it does not show.
